BREI sources, manages and dispose of high-quality and well maintained property, investments that are in prime locations that are highly utilized. Our core plus investment strategies seek to provide investors with fast turnaround on acquiring and selling property with attractive risk mitigated returns. The higher returns from core plus investments are a reflection of factors such as high demand, lesser credit leases and no deferred maintenance.


Value Add

BREI sources, manages and dispose of non-core assets that are of medium-quality in non-prime locations (recovering primary markets as well as secondary markets) which can benefit from a shift in marketing, operating or leasing strategies which may also include minor refurbishments to the property. Through the value-add strategy, the properties provide the opportunity to increase cash flow on a low capital by elevating lower-grade properties to neighborhood properties.


Opportunistic

BREI also deploys opportunistic strategies to capitalize on emerging markets investment opportunities through greenfield properties before they become attractive to the broader market. The BREI team’s core development, acquisition and finance experience lies in developing greenfield properties through careful selection of non-cyclical segments. Through the opportunistic strategy, the properties provide the opportunity to be fully developed and leased to target attractive total returns.
